All Ireland Track and Field News - 14th July 2019
2019-07-14

Well done to both athletes today in the scorching hot sun in Tullamore. All 1500’s were straight finals to avoid athletes having to run twice in the heat and as a result having large numbers in each race.
Conor Murphy ran well finishing 6th in the U14 1500M final in a fast 4:41.
Orla Reidy, 1 week on after finishing 3rd in the 800m, made up 2 places in the last 100m to finish 5th in the U17 1500M.
A good end to the season and we now look forward to the x-country season next 😂!
