Kevin Kelly at Gans Creek Classic, Columbia, Missouri - 27th September 2019
Drake University's Men's Cross Country Team took an impressive 3rd place against national competition at the Gans Creek Classic, Columbia, Missouri with Kevin Kelly finishing in 6th position for Drakes over the 8Km course. Well done to Kevin who finished in a time of 25:22.3.

KBC Dublin City Half Marathon - 21st September 2019
Well done to all the St Coca's members who took on the KBC Dublin Half Marathon today. Super running all.


Congratulations to Eoin Richards who finished 15th overall and first Irish man home in the U17 - British & Irish junior championship.

The race was a 7.1km route to the top of Moel Elio Peak and back, with 477m ascent from the elevated starting point and 554m descent to the village of Llanberis in Gwynedd, northwest Wales, on the southern bank of the lake Llyn Padarn and at the foot of Snowdon, the highest mountain in Wales.

Juvenile Training at the Phoenix Park - 15th September 2019
It turned out the morning was the best time of the day for a bit of cross country hill training at the Phoenix Park. Well done everyone.
Well done to John Murray, Bernard Phelan, Aidan Maher, Olivia Bermingham, Fiona King, Grainne Butler, Mark Keene, Clare Lyons, Pauline McEnroe, Moira Haran Carroll and Deirdre Phelan from St Coca's who took part in the Ratoath Half Marathon today in preparation for the Dublin City Marathon.

Advanced Running Workshops begin with Catherina McKiernan - 12th September 2019
St. Cocas AC warmly welcomed Catherina McKiernan this evening for the first in a series of weekly running workshops. Tonight's session was an introduction to aligning the posture and relaxing the limbs. Each week will see the group gain additional running form and technique improvements. A massive thanks to Catherina for making this evening's event very enjoyable for all the participants.

2019 St Coca's AC Members Annual BBQ - 8th September 2019
Thanks to everyone who came along this afternoon to the club BBQ and to all the members who helped organise the setup, food, cooking, activities and clean up afterwards. A very enjoyable afternoon was had by all. And a special thanks to Bear Gym at the North Kildare Club for helping us out with a rope for the popular tug of war.
