Mondello 5K Thursday Club Series - Mondello Park, Kildare - Thursday 17th September 2020
Well done to our fab 4 at the Mondello Thursday Club 5km tonight, Bernard Phelan ran a massive PB of 19.47 coming home as 2nd M50. Marianne Maguire was 1st lady overall, with Olivia Bermingham 2nd and Niamh Cleary 3rd. All girls getting closer to sub 20. What a team!

Bronze for Aoife O'Cuill in National Junior Women's 3K - Morton Stadium, Santry - Sunday 13th September 2020
Congratulations to Aoife O'Cuill taking bronze in the National Junior Women's 3000m at Morton Stadium this afternoon. Well done also to Thomas Richards, who this morning, despite being U17, put in a great 2:04 performance in his Junior Men's U20 800m heat to take 7th place. In the late afternoon, Zofia Terzyk ran in her first timed event, putting in a solid performance in the technically difficult Junior 400M hurdles. Eoin Richards finished off the day taking a well deserved 4th place in the first Junior Men's 3K timed group. Well done to you all who put on the club vest to compete at this level.

A beautiful sunny morning for the 2020 Charleville Half Marathon and congratulations to Alex Wallace placing 2nd in the M40 category in a time of 1:12.

Mountain Trail Run - Crone Wood & Maulin Mountain Wicklow - Saturday 1st August 2020

28 club members made the journey to Wicklow for a 9Km morning trail run at Crone Wood and up Maulin Mountain in beautiful sunshine. Lots of smiles, everyone seemed to really enjoy the fresh air and amazing views.
Kildare Covid Games (Round 2) - Naas - Friday 31st July 2020

Well done to all our athletes who travelled to Naas this evening for the Covid games. Sadhbh Buckley and Conor Murphy winning their 800m and Layla Mathias 3rd in the 200m. Great running by everyone and exciting to be back running.
