Great morning out at Royal Canal parkrun, Kilcock with a fantastic group of St. Coca’s Juvenile athletes.
 

With no Juvenile races this weekend, it was a great opportunity to keep the training going and stay sharp ahead of the Leinster Individual Championships starting next weekend.

Well done to all the athletes who are putting in the work — best of luck to everyone training hard for the season ahead.
