Run with Jamie in honour of Michael Collins 2023

Sunday 8th October

9:30am Start at St Coca's AC Track, Kilcock

Welcome to the 6th edition of the Run with Jamie annual charity event organised by St Coca's AC. We are organising the same 34km challenging run with approximately 200m of climbing which is excellent training to meet the demands of the Dublin City Marathon Course. We have distance options of 6K, 16K and the full distance of 34K.

Remember this is not a race, there is no registration, just turn up on the day. There is no chip timing or measured course it's nothing more than your last training run where everything is organised for you - the course is mapped out, there will be marshals, water stations and sweeper cars...the only worry you have is to run it! You run for a good cause among friends and club mates and enjoy some post run refreshments!

This year we are raising funds for the family of our friend and club mate Michael Collins, Grey Mick, who sadly passed away earlier this year with cancer.  Donations are welcome for the lovely family of Mick.

If you won't be able to run, kindly help out as road or bike marshal or with catering. We hope to welcome a good crowd on the day.

Remembering Will @30K 2022

Saturday 1st October

8:30am Start at St Coca's AC Track, Kilcock

Welcome to the 5th edition of the Run with Jamie annual charity event. We are organising the same 34km challenging run with over 280m of climbing which is excellent training to meet the demands of the Dublin City Marathon Course.

This year we are changing the name from "Run with Jamie" to "Remembering Will @30K" in memory of our friend and supporter Will Bermingham from Newtown who died in May last year. For many of us, he was always a rock during the previous editions of the Run with Jamie...whizzing around in his jeep and putting a smile on our faces especially when you have to dig in deep around the 30k of this tough run. This will be the first edition without this great supporter and he will be missed.

An online fund raising page has been set up for this year's chosen charity, the Children's Health Foundation Crumlin, and we are very grateful for any donations to this cause which can be made by following this link.

Run with Ado 2019

Many thanks to all those who helped out with the Run with Ado today, and a big well done to all the runners who ran such a tough course. You're well set for the marathon now. Thank you to Donadea Wheelers for their marshall support along the route.

A special mention to the Mooney family who were there from start to finish, your presence made the event a special one. An amount of €2466.80 was raised for St Francis Hospice in Blanch, this includes the auctioning of a signed Dublin football shirt, with a signed rugby shirt auction still to be added to the proceeds. Hopefully Ireland make it out of the group 😂! Go on Ireland 🇨🇮

9.00am Saturday 5th October

Start at St Coca's AC Track, Kilcock

Welcome to the 4th edition of the Run. We are organising the same 34km challenging run with over 190m of climbing which is excellent training to meet the demands of the Dublin City Marathon Course.

This year, in memory of our dear friend Adrienne Mooney, the Run with Jamie will be the Run with Ado in aid of St. Francis hospital in Blanchardstown.

This is NOT a race but a training run with friends. For marathon runners this is an ideal last long run with a 28km and 34km option (hilly af!) and for normal people there is a 6km and 16km.

Road marshals on bikes, water stops, you run for a good cause among friends and club mates and enjoy some post run tea and sandwiches!

This is a free training event and there is no need to register with donations buckets for St Frances Hospital on the day.
