Anyone interested in joining must be turning 7 this year or older. New member enquiries can be directed to our coaches at training. Enquiries for little athletics (7+) should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org to be added to the waiting list for 2023. Full details on our Registrations page.
Little Athletics (Children who turn 7-9 in the calendar year)
Training takes place weekly on Mondays from 6:15pm-7:00pm at St Coca's track.

Older Juveniles (Children who turn 10 and above in the calendar year)
Training takes place weekly on Mondays 7:15pm to 8:15pm and Wednesdays from 7pm-8pm at St Coca's track .

Fit4Life - Beginner to 5K and Improvers 5K to 10K
Wednesdays 8.10-9pm at St Coca's track (10 Week Programme from 7th September to 9th November)
Adults (All levels)
Tuesdays 7pm-8pm, Wednesdays 8:10-9pm and Thursdays 7-8pm at St Coca's track
Other training may take place as required by the coaches.
