Track development work is currently in progress at the Bawnogues and the facility is unavailable until completion. Alternative temporary arrangements have been made as outlined below to facilitate ongoing training. All those attending training must complete the covid-19 booking information for tracing purposes.
Living with COVID-19 Level 3 - Training Arrangements
Little Athletics (Little Athletics is for children who turn 7 in the calendar year and upwards. )
From Tuesday 17th November - Tuesday 8th December inclusive
Training takes place Tuesday 6pm - 6:45pm at the North Kildare Club - Hockey Pitch
There will be no 7pm training on Mondays for the foreseeable future.
Tuesday night sprint group 6-6:45pm at the North Kildare Club Astro Hockey Pitch.
Wednesday night training is moving to Cappagh GAA from 7-8pm.
The older endurance group will train on Saturdays with Michael and Larry in Donadea.
Sunday training will continue and the venue advised on Saturday to the whatsapp group as normal.
Adults (all levels)
Wednesday 8:15-9:15pm at Cappagh GAA
There is a 600m floodlit tarmac path around the pitches that can be used for training.
The circuit is open to all St. Cocas adult members.
Please do not arrive in the carpark before 8:10pm.
Other training may take place as required by the coaches.

St.Coca’s AC adult training plan up to end of March.
The club coaches will take the speed session on Wednesdays in Cappagh GAA club from 8.15-9.15.
The Tempo/Fartleg sessions should be run at least one day apart from the Wednesday speed session.
All other runs are at athlete's discretion.
