Little Athletics
Monday 6.30pm - 7.15pm (Little Athletics is for children who turn 7 in the calendar year and upwards. )

Older Juveniles
Monday 7:15pm - 8:15pm
Wednesday 7pm - 8pm
Friday 6pm - 6.45pm (NB: During January, Friday training is from 7pm-8pm at the National Arena in Abbotstown.)

Adults
Tuesday and Thursday 7pm - 8pm

Fit4Life Couch to 5K, My First 10K & 5K/10K Improvers

Wednesday 8pm to 9pm and Saturday 9am to 10am

Training takes place at the running track in the Bawnogue.

Other training may take place as required by the coaches.
