Monday 6pm - 6:45pm (Little Athletics is for children who turn 7 in the calendar year and upwards. )

Older Juveniles
Monday 7pm - 8pm
Wednesday 7pm - 8pm

Adults Beginner & Advanced, Half & Full Marathon, 10 miler, 10K & 5K

Fit4Life Couch to 5K, My First 10k

Wednesday 8:05pm to 9:15pm

Adults Senior
Tuesday and Thursday 7pm - 8pm

Training takes place at the running track in the Bawnogues.

Other training may take place as required by the coaches.
